The accommodation available consists of a self contained and well appointed one bedroom apartment.

The approx 1 hectare rural property is North West facing on the ridgeline, enjoying all day sun, warmth and views.

The location is ideal for nature lovers and birdwatchers with a nearby Reserve and bush areas.
It is approximately 3 km to the Botany Town shopping Centre.

Access to the motorway system is very straightforward making this a well located base to explore the regional attractions of Auckland.
