Breakers Motel - a unique getaway on the Coromandel Peninsula of New Zealand. The first motel on the left as you enter Whangamata from the north, we are tucked in by a reserve bordering on the estuary.

Breakers is an attractive two story building (completed in late 1999) resembling a "wave" consisting of four two bedroom suites, eight one bedroom units and eight studio units. All units are equipped with Sky TV - not that you'll be watching much with all the things to do in Whangamata!
