The offers luxury Bed and Breakfast accommodation with wonderful views of the sea, Kapiti Island, Cook Strait, the South Island and of course the olive grove. Not only are there views of the sea, but there is an ever-changing tapestry of trees between the grove and the beach which is stunning.

Apartment 45 is a totally separate facility with its own entrance and guest lounge. It includes tea and coffee making facilities, Sky TV, DVD and CD / IPod player. It caters for up to 4 people with an additional separate bedroom with ensuite available if required for up to a total of 6 people.

The peace and tranquility will allow you to totally relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, but still be within easy distance of great shopping, the wonderful beach with good caf?s and restaurants. The area is famous for its world renowned Kapiti Island Nature Reserve and Nga Manu Nature Reserve.
