(Qualmark Hotel Rating)
Originally built for the Hawkes Bay County Council in 1909, the County hotel is one of only two significant buildings to have survived the massive 1931 earthquake. Faithfully refurbished as a boutique hotel in 1995 the County Hotel now stands as Napier's flagship Hotel.
With 18 luxury rooms ranging from grand to exquisite this small boutique Hotel offers all travellers exceptional and stylish accommodation and service.
Food and Wine are the hallmark of Hawkes Bay. Chambers Restaurant , the restaurant at the County Hotel, delivers exciting and memorable local food and wine, while Churchill's Champagne & Snug Bar is a quiet corner bar away from the cares of the world.
