Welcome to West Wellow Lodge!
Located above Acacia Bay, this luxury Bed & Breakfast has panoramic views over the glistening waters of Lake Taupo.
We have spacious double rooms (with beds ranging from Queen to Super King), adjoining ensuites and direct access to our full length verandah. Downstairs there is a formal lounge for entertaining and a billiards room for relaxing with a drink and a game of pool. Our tariff includes a hearty 2 course breakfast each morning plus pre-dinner nibbles and drinks each evening.
We can arrange dinner reservations and activity bookings for you and offer free transport to and from town and the Taupo Airport. West Wellow is walking distance from a fabulous park with tennis courts and a great local bar and restaurant. We also have two double kayaks available for rent by guests including transport and guide if required.
West Wellow Lodge is only 10 minutes drive from Taupo township, and the Wairakei International Golf Course, and only 15 minutes from Taupo airport and the reknown Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Kinloch.
Our friendly and easy going service will make you feel like you are right at home, while our beautifully manicured gardens and character home will allow you to emmerse yourself in a tranquil and romantic setting.
