Heartland Lodge

We have three guest rooms with super-king beds, full sized ensuite bathrooms and spa baths. The rooms are spacious and have mountain views. The Aoraki and Pukaki Rooms look towards the Mount Cook Ranges and the Ohau Room has views of the Ohau and Benmore Ranges.



There is a large guest lounge with comfortable seating arranged in groups. We have an up-to-date home theatre system with recording facilities. Our library, piano, magazines, games and videos are available for guest use. The room is heated by a combination of log burner and underfloor heating.



The dining area seats up to ten. Dinner is a special feature of Heartland Lodge which we can provide with 24 hours notice. Guests arriving after a long journey are happy to share a meal with us. We pride ourselves on using fresh, local produce wherever possible and grow our own vegetables. Menus can include fresh, local salmon, lamb, beef, pork, poultry and game in season.

There is ample room for parking close to the house.
