We'd like you to have a memorable time at Flutes and since they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we want yours to start in the best possible way, with freshly baked muffins, home made muesli or a full cooked option.There are two accommodation options; the Bayview Suite which is a spacious double room with King size bed, ensuite shower, and a sitting area, which opens out onto your own private decking were you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Breakfast is included in the price.Our apartment is a modern, spacious, self catering option for the independent visitor, although you can still choose to have breakfast provided. (Price will reflect your choice) .The apartment comfortably accommodates four people.
At ground floor level you have your own dedicated entrance. The large open plan lounge and dining areas include a fully fitted kitchen. In the lounge area is a very comfortable queen size pull down double bed and a leather sofa which you just sink into! The dining area table has space for four people.Upstairs a large mezzanine bedroom has a superior king sized bed (which can be split into two singles if required) The apartment has it's own ensuite shower room.Outside the Apartment the courtyard, with its table and four chairs, affords more space to relax and enjoy those warm evenings..

Flutes is located minutes away from the surfers beach at Ocean beach, walks are available nearby, and golfers are well looked after. Fishing, boating and kayaking are also available.
