Treble Cone Ski Area offers amazing views of Lake Wanaka and the opportunity to visit a number of picturesque natural waterfalls. The variable terrain suits a wide variety of skiers and boarders with the mountain's 530 hectares of rideable snow and a 700m vertical drop. This ski area has a strong local following and many refer to the hill as TC. It really is all about fun and the love of the sport rather than seeking absolute perfection with every run.

Treble Cone Ski Resort is closely situated to the lakeside town of Wanaka. It will only take 35 minutes to drive there and there's plenty of beauty along the way. The largest ski area in the South Island offers a vast amount of terrain. It also boasts the longest vertical rise in the Southern Lakes area with thrilling runs and exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and lakes.

Treble Cone Ski Area consists of two basins that are easy to differentiate due to formation and aspect. Beginners will enjoy the slopes dedicated to their level of skiing while intermediate skiers will get their fill along the wide, long, groomed trails suitable for their level of experience. For experienced skiers and boarders, there are some even more thrilling and challenging runs that will get your adrenaline pumping. The off-piste skiing and boarding here is out of this world. With gullies, bowls, chutes, natural half-pipes and other features, there's never a dull moment!

Treble Cones is known for its abundant Nor'west powder days. Due to its close proximity to the Southern Alps and high altitude, visitors enjoy reliable snow conditions throughout the season.
