Our Bikes

Bicycle rental is included in the price of all of our tours except the Otago Rail Trail tours.

On the road its comfort while cruising that's the main requirement, so either one of our Trek rental cycles will see you walking tall at the end of day one.

• The bulk of our fleet is made up of our Trek 7500 hybrids which are available on all of our tours.
• We find these bikes work well on the variety of surfaces we ride on, from the chip seal on New Zealand's paved roads to the hard packed gravel on the Rail Trail.
  On the Great West Coaster & Southern Cross tours clients have the choice of the Trek Hybrids or our Trek 520 touring bikes.
• (Note - we may also use Cannondale T800's or T2's on the Great West Coaster & Southern Cross )
• If you want a performance road bike for these tours we can offer a Trek 1200 at an extra NZD $25 per day

  Women's Frames or Mixte Frames - our hybrid bikes have unisex frames
• We do not offer women's frames bikes as standard on our tours
• Trek Hybrid 7300 bikes with women's frames are available at an extra NZD $15 per day
  
  Note - you are welcome to bring your own bike on any of our cycle tours by prior arrangement
