Never more than 16 guests

Some companies proclaim their group sizes to be small at 20 or more. But we believe that once a group reaches this size, vehicles have to be larger, organisation has to be more regimented and the trip can end up being just another bus tour.

Our average group size is 14 but we will never exceed 16 guests. This means better service, the chance to use smaller hotels, more freedom, more fun and more flexibility.

And being smaller makes it easier to take those special little detours off the beaten track to visit places the larger vehicles and groups can't.

Enjoy the small group atmosphere

Holidays are not only about what you will see and experience ... they're also about the people you meet and the great times you share.

As well as exploring new & exciting places, another pleasant discovery you'll make on our small group journeys is the group spirit and camaraderie that develops as you quickly make friends with other travellers attracted to our style of travel ... like-minded people from all walks of life.

A special bond grows naturally with our guests and you're very likely to form strong, often life-long friendships.

A totally new style of travel and a far more personal experience awaits you as we allow you appreciate the best of New Zealand and its people by giving you the chance to participate & not just spectate!

Small group touring ... You'll love the difference

Too often we hear travellers say that they wish they had longer to explore and enjoy the places they visit. That's why our itineraries purposely keep travelling time to a minimum and include 2 & 3 night stopovers where possible.

Our holidays are not about long days rushing from one place to another. With such an incredible choice of things to do and places to see in this spectacular country of ours, we set out to give you plenty of time to sightsee, relax and savour the lifestyle and culture that is New Zealand.

Friendly, professional tour hosts

Our touring staff are passionate about their country and they love nothing more than showing it off to travellers from across the world. Every trip is fully accompanied throughout by a Tour Host who will ensure that every aspect of your holiday runs smoothly & seamlessly.

They will also provide you with friendly advice and give you a valuable, fresh insight into our country. You'll find that they're only too happy to go that extra mile to make sure you have the holiday you want.

Fabulous dining

Individual appetites & tastes vary, so every day we begin with a hearty, full cooked breakfast at your hotel. Some tours also feature evening or specialty meals but when not included, we encourage you to seek out & enjoy the many brasseries, bistros, cafes & restaurants that offer indoor and al fresco dining.

After all, discovering new and exciting places to eat is a fun part of any travel experience!

Travel in comfort & style

You'll be very pleasantly surprised at the luxurious appointments of our purpose-built, air-conditioned midi-coaches. Whilst individual vehicles may vary, they all feature reclining armchair-style seating, seatbelts, large panoramic windows, individual reading lights & air-conditioning controls, video &/or DVD players.

All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and boast the very latest safety features.

Complimentary transfers

We offer all our guests complimentary, private limousine airport transfers on arrival and departure. Simply provide us with your flight details and we will meet you on arrival and see you to your first nights accommodation. At the end of your holiday, we'll make sure you get to the airport in plenty of time for your onward flight.

Solo traveller?

One of the great benefits of our trips is that they allow you to be independent but provide security & company whenever you choose. On any given departure, you'll find a mix of couples and friends travelling together, as well as other solo travellers like yourself.

With the tours' many included activities and excursions, you'll quickly get to know your fellow travellers and soon be enjoying each others company every bit as much as the holiday itself. Yet it's comforting to know that you have the choice of wandering off on your own from time to time should you wish, safe in the knowledge you can rejoin your new-found friends guests at any stage.
