How far are the caves from your office?

In Glowing Adventures

No long drives here! Once you arrive at our office (which is also our home), the caves are just a short walk through beautiful farmland and native bush. Unlike other tours, there’s no need for transport – you’re already at the heart of the action.

Frequently asked questions

We’re not your typical tour company, and that’s what sets us apart! Here’s why:

  • Private Farmland: Our tours take place on our own private land, providing a one-of-a-kind experience.
  • Small Groups: We keep it intimate with groups of eight or less for a truly personal touch.
  • Authentic Adventure: Our caves remain untouched by development – just as nature intended.
  • Sustainability at Heart: Protecting the environment is a priority. We’re working on an exciting long-term plan to convert our farmland into native forest.
  • All-Inclusive Gear: We provide everything you need, including clothing and boots, so you can dive right into the adventure.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a small camera or smartphone. Each piece of gear we provide includes a secure zip-up pocket for your device. If you prefer not to bring your own, your guide will take photos and email them to you free of charge.

Important Note: Large cameras, tripods, and selfie sticks aren’t allowed for safety reasons. If you’re serious about photography, ask about our private photography tours, which are perfect for capturing epic shots!

Typically, rain won’t stop us. You might get a bit wet during the walk to the caves, but that’s all part of the fun! We also have raincoats available if needed.

In the event of heavy rain or flooding, safety is our top priority, and we may need to cancel. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
