What happens if my Fox Glacier helihiking or ice climbing trip is cancelled due to weather?

Our trips depend on the weather, and conditions in Fox Glacier's alpine environment can change quickly. We make the final weather call just 10 minutes before departure. If your trip is cancelled due to unsuitable conditions, you’ll receive a full refund. Alternatively, you can reschedule for another departure time, subject to availability.
