Art Gallery Tour

Thanks to the generosity and congeniality of many Nelson-based artists, we have been able to create an immersive tour experience that brings you into the homes and studios of some of the country's most celebrated creative individuals. In addition to these interactions with the artists themselves, the tour will include stops at some of the more popular galleries and exhibitions in Nelson, including the renowned World of Wearable Art museum, the Red Art Gallery, Höglund Glass, The Coolstore Gallery and The Refinery Artspace, each of which champions the work of New Zealand's large talent pool.

These locations have been selected in order to provide visitors with a comprehensive overview of all artistic styles being practiced in Nelson, ranging from more traditional work to cutting-edge contemporary ideas and aesthetics.
