Arthurs Pass Shore Excursion from Lyttelton

See the stunning Southern Alps of New Zealand's South Island with this Arthurs Pass shore excursion from Lyttelton Harbour. We will collect you from your cruise ship and take you by road from Christchurch to Springfield, nestled at the foothills of the Southern Alps, and onward to the picturesque township of Arthurs Pass.

As you drive through the Arthurs Pass National Park, you will be surrounded by snow-capped mountains and have plenty of opportunities to take photos. You will then visit the old village of Otira before returning to Arthurs Pass for lunch (optional extra).

On the return journey to Christchurch, you will visit a high country farm for afternoon tea and a sheep shearing and sheep dog mustering demonstration.

In the end, before being returned to your cruise ship  you will travel to Lyttelton and may have time for a short sightseeing expedition of Christchurch City.

Important Note: A minimum of 4 adults are required to operate this tour. Due to the variation in the times of the arrival and the departure of the cruise ship schedules in Lyttelton, this option does not include the TranzAlpine Train as the train may depart prior to your arrival and return after the departure of your cruise ship.
