Leaving from the Port of Lyttelton, near Christchurch in New Zealand's Soputh Island, we will drive north for 45 minutes through the scenic New Zealand countryside to reach the Waipara Valley, a region renowned for its warm, dry climate and nutrient-rich soils that produce exceptional wines.         

The valley boasts more than 40 vineyards and wineries, with Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc being the most prominent grape varieties grown here. We will visit four of these wineries on the tour: Waipara Springs Winery, Pegasus Bay, Waipara Hills, and Greystone Winery.

Our first stop is at Waipara Springs Winery, where we have arranged a wine tasting and lunch for your pleasure. After that, we will proceed to the other wineries for more tastings and an opportunity to explore the vineyards.
