Tour duration is about 8 hours.

Allow us to guide you in these multi-pitch routes in the following areas:

Wanaka

Little Big Wall

Little Big Wall is a large cliff located in the Hospital Flat area. Multi-pitch climbing close to Wanaka. The Cliff is situated in a beautiful valley with great views.

"Tune in, Turn on, Drop out" is a three pitch route that has two technical crux sections interspersed with easier but exposed and engaging terrain!

Short pitches and nice belay ledges make this route a fun introduction to multi-pitching!

This is the shortest Multi-pitch that we guide. An easy descent via a free hanging abseil brings you back to the bottom of the route.

Darran Mountains

Shotwell Slabs

The Shotwell Slabs are located in the upper Hollyford Valley and have easy accessed friction slab climbing which is a great way to warm up to the Darrans style of climbing.

We prefer to climb the link up of Eureka into Tickety Boo. A fun 6 pitch link up with amazing friction moves and great views!

Mt. Cook

Sebastopol Bluffs

"Red Arete":

4 pitches, Grade 13

If you are looking for an easy yet enjoyable multi-pitch climb on a slab, this 4-pitch route makes a fantastic introduction to multi-pitch climbing and takes you on the very edge of the ‘Bluffs’, putting you on a perfect location to enjoy fantastic views of the Tasman Glacier, Mounts Wakefield and Sefton, and the Footstool.

"Shark Attack":

6 pitches, Grade 16

The Shark Attack is the second longest route at Sebastopol Bluffs, and is a technical slab that requires face climbing on hard, greywacke. On reaching the top, experience that sense of “Are we really up here?” achievement that a classic multi-pitch climb brings. And the mountain views make the climb even more compelling!

Chinaman’s Bluff, Glenorchy

Ravages of Time

A stunning line involving different climbing styles; starting with a slab/face followed by a daunting roof leading to a steeper face and finishing off on a picturesque arete.

Highlights of this route include: Long exposed pitches of great climbing, native NZ bush, Rata tree belay ledges and remote wilderness feeling!

9 pitches Grade 20.
