- Parking:
- Ample Parking: Plenty of parking available for cars, campervans, and coaches, ensuring convenient access to our site.
- Free Parking: No charges for parking on-site.
- Complimentary Transport:
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off from most Hanmer Springs accommodation providers available on request.
- Arrival Time:
- Customers must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time to allow for check-in and the safety briefing.
- Late arrivals may not be able to join the activity and could forfeit their booking.
- Minimum Age: 16 years
- Photo ID may be required for proof of age at check in for quad bike drivers
- 24 hours or more before travel: Full refund**
- Less than 24 hours before travel: No refund
