Our guides are experienced in ensuring fun as well as safety for all all ages. If you have never ridden a quad bike before, this is an excellent first experience that will surely get you hooked! Our quads are easy to navigate and you'll master your driving skills in no time. We have small, large and even two-seater bikes available. We also offer both automatic and manual bikes to suit your skill level and preferences. The Hanmer Springs Quad Biking track has been specially designed to take you on a non-stop thrilling ride through the best parts of this area.
You should be prepared to get wet!

Hanmer Springs is located 90 minutes drive north of Christchurch, and is an ideal stop between Christchurch and Kaikoura (1 hours 45 minutes drive), Nelson (3 hours 40 minutes) or Greymouth (2 hours 40 minutes) on the West Coast.
Minimum Child Ages
- Quad Bikes: 6 years (as a passenger), 12 years (solo)
- Rafting: 6 years
- Bungy: 12 years (and a minimum weight 35 kg)
