The evening begins at Whare Waka Café, where guests can mix and mingle in a relaxed atmosphere before dinner. Watch as the expert hāngī chef unveils your meal, revealing food cooked using traditional earth-oven techniques. A fierce ceremonial challenge sets the tone before the cultural performance begins.

The high-energy concert features song, haka and storytelling, bringing Māori traditions to life through movement and music. Following the performance, enjoy a generous buffet-style hāngī dinner, including meats, vegetables, bread, salads and a traditional steamed pudding for dessert.
