Curio Bay – Prehistoric Forest & Marine Life Visit the remarkable Curio Bay, where the fossilised remains of an ancient forest lie exposed at low tide. This rare geological site offers a glimpse into a 180-million-year-old past, surrounded by native flora and coastal beauty. Keep watch for yellow-eyed penguins and Hector’s dolphins that often play in the surf.
