Itinerary
9:00 AM – Begin your journey from the Garden City of Christchurch, as your knowledgeable guide points out the city's key highlights. Head north through lush green countryside and farmlands towards Waipara, New Zealand's premier wine region.
10:00 AM – Arrive in Waipara for a brief stop at a locally owned vineyard. Enjoy a wine tasting experience or opt for a refreshing beer before continuing the journey towards Kaikoura.
11:15 AM – Take a short break in the hidden gem of Cheviot, one of New Zealand's largest coastal routes. Stretch your legs, refuel, and enjoy the scenic beauty before heading through the stunning Hundalee Hill and toward Kaikoura.
12:30 PM – Arrive in Kaikoura and enjoy some free time. Afterward, prepare for an exciting kayak adventure along the Kaikoura Peninsula.
1:30 PM – Embark on your guided kayak adventure, gliding across the Pacific waters with panoramic views of the Kaikoura Peninsula. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including seals, dolphins, and seabirds, as you enjoy this unique marine experience.
3:30 PM – Before heading back to Christchurch, stop at Mangamaunu for one last breathtaking view of the coastline. Capture a few final photos of the stunning scenery.
6:00 PM – Sit back and relax on the drive back to Christchurch.
