Tastings are at your own expense and paid directly to each venue. Some wineries waive tasting fees with bottle purchases. We recommend pre-booking lunch and bringing water to stay hydrated.
Minimum numbers apply
All tours require a minimum of 6 guests to operate. If minimum numbers are not met, we may cancel and offer a refund or alternative date.
Group size policy
Groups larger than 8 must contact us before booking. Due to venue capacity and logistics, more than 8 guests cannot travel together without prior arrangement.
If a larger group arrives without notice, you may be:
- Asked to leave the tour, or
- Returned to town at a $200 charge
We do not allow separate bookings to merge into one large group.
On The Day
Arrive early: Please be at your pick-up stop 5 minutes before departure. We cannot take responsibility for late arrivals.
Venue experience: We recommend no more than 6 guests hop off at the same winery/brewery. This helps maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Alcohol on board: Alcohol cannot be consumed on the bus.
Behaviour policy: We operate under strict duty of care guidelines. Intoxication, alcohol consumption on the bus, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the tour. Cleaning fees for spills or damage are $200.
What you’ll receive
On arrival, you’ll receive:
- A tour map and timetable
- A wristband
Your wristband provides access to Hop On Hop Off specials at selected venues.
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund**.
- Within 14 days: No refund
