This small-group journey from Queenstown to Dunedin combines scenic road travel and one of New Zealand’s most iconic train rides. From the remote outpost of Pukerangi, board the Taieri Gorge Train for a breathtaking rail journey into Dunedin. The train winds through deep gorges, crosses towering viaducts, and passes dramatic rock faces carved by ancient rivers. Arriving at the ornate Dunedin Railway Station, your adventure concludes in one of New Zealand’s most architecturally beautiful cities.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring luggage! Each guest can bring one large suitcase and one carry-on bag on all tours.

If you need to bring extra luggage, no worries—it’s just $40 per additional item. Just make sure to arrange this with us ahead of your tour day.

Please note we can’t accommodate oversized items like bikes, surfboards, or pets.
