• Check-in Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure to ensure a timely start.
• Return Timing: Tours aim to return one hour before cruise ship departures, with the last passengers of the day dropped at the Waitangi wharf directly.
• Trike Availability: Trikes are not available for self-drive; tours are guided by our professional drivers.
• Safety Regulations: Helmets are not required as our trikes are registered as cars (convertible) with the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA). Three-point seatbelts must be worn at all times.
• Passenger Restrictions: Suitable for all ages from three years and up. Seatbelts must be worn at all times, and booster seats are available for those under 7 years old.
• Accessibility: Our trikes are low to the ground and easily accessible for those in a wheelchair or with limited mobility.
• Pre-booking: To guarantee a seat, pre-booking is recommended. However, walk-ins are welcome if spots are available.
• What to Bring: Wear sunglasses and bring a warm jacket. We have sunglasses and rain jackets available for loan, and don’t forget your camera for photo opportunities.
