Board the historic TSS Earnslaw for a memorable cruise to Walter Peak High Country Farm. Once here, you will meet your horse and guide before setting off on an amazing equestrian experience on a Walter Peak Horse Trek.

This trek takes you on a 40 minute journey across the picture perfect rolling terraces and on to a lookout from which you can enjoy the most amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. This is by no means a challenging ride and is perfectly suitable even for first-time riders. As you enjoy the company of your surefooted friend, you can enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

Once you return to the stables, you will head for the Colonel’s Homestead Restaurant where you will be treated to a scrumptious morning or afternoon tea.

You will even have more than enough time to wander through the lovely gardens and farmyard before making your way back to Queenstown.
