Private Wellington Craft Beer Tour

The Private Wellington Craft Beer Tour in New Zealand starts with a short introduction to Wellington and its harbour on arrival at the top of Mt Victoria. Our first brewery stop is at Parrot Dog to sample their famous “hair of the dog.” We continue north for a Kereru brewery guided tour by one of their brewers, getting a close look at how the perfect beer is brewed and tasting the result. The brewery tour ends just in time for lunch in Upper Hutt’s edgy Art of Pizza, with Kereru beer on taps.

We drive by Panhead after lunch, then visit Baylands Brewery in Petone on returning into town. The last two Wellington breweries we visit include the newly crowned best craft beer brewery in New Zealand, Garage Project, and wrap up our brewery tour with last orders at Tuatara Third Eye. At 4.30 PM, we drop you off at your home base or your preferred craft beer bar in the Wellington CBD.
