To ensure a comfortable and efficient journey for all passengers, our shuttle service allows each passenger to bring:
- 1 large bag (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
- 1 carry-on sized bag (up to 7 kg / 15 lbs)
Freight
Your parcel must be within the weight range chosen. Parcels over the stated weight range will be charged double.
16-30kg Must have a second able-bodied person to assist with lifting.
31-50kg No longer accepted
Travelling with Pets
Small Pet 9kg And Under Only Must Be Booked With An Accompanying Adult/Senior
- Outside 48 hours before travel: Full refund less NZ$10 admin fee per person**
- Within 48 hours before travel: No refund
