Note: Please note, if there are insufficient bookings, we may code share with another provider, which could adjust your pickup time. Timings will be advised the evening before. You will be dropped off at Five Rivers Cafe, where you will wait approximately 2hours for our Queenstown service to arrive. This service will drop you off in Invercargill.
This service connects with our 4pm Invercargill to Bluff run, which must be booked separately.
To ensure a comfortable and efficient journey for all passengers, our shuttle service allows each passenger to bring:
- 1 large bag (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
- 1 carry-on sized bag (up to 7 kg / 15 lbs)
- Outside 48 hours before travel: Full refund less NZ$10 admin fee per person**
- Within 48 hours before travel: No refund
**Note: Any refund approved under our terms and conditions will be subject to a 5% admin & processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please see more information on refunds and cancellations in Go New Zealand's terms and conditions.
