Arriving from a Cruise Ship?
Take the free Cruise Ship Shuttle to the North Lambton Quay Stop, then enjoy a 10-minute walk down Whitmore Street to the Waterfront—our store is just a 5-minute stroll along the water's edge.

- If you alter your travel plans and inform us up to 24 hours (NZ time) before the tour, you'll receive a full refund.*
- If the weather isn't suitable for riding, you'll get a complete refund.
- If your ship, plane, or bus is delayed and you notify us before departure, you'll be refunded in full.
Please note: Our bike rentals and tours typically carry on even in the rain, but you don't have to ride if you contact us before your departure time. If we think the wind is too strong for safe riding, we might change the route to make it more enjoyable.
