Sauna, Cold Plunge and Forest Relaxation
Your Rotorua sauna experience includes complimentary access to nearby Brass Monkeys cold plunge tubs, sitting at a refreshing 12°C. Alternate between the heat of the sauna and the cold plunge or outdoor shower for an invigorating contrast therapy experience.
Chilled drinking water is provided, and guests can also enjoy access to the Shinny Dip foot hot tubs. Bring your own swimwear and towel, or hire towels, swimwear and robes from reception before your session.

What to bring

- Duration: 40-minute sauna experience, plus 10 minutes to change
- Opening hours: 10am to 10pm daily
- Last sauna booking: 9pm
- Booking times: On the hour and half past the hour
- Arrival time: 15 minutes before your booking
- Group size: Up to 4 people per sauna
- Best for: Couples, friends, wellness travellers, post-adventure recovery and small groups
- Adult: 15 years +
- Children: 5-15 years
Children aged 5 and over are welcome in the hot tubs when supervised by an adult. Children under 5 are not allowed in the hot tubs for health and safety reasons
