You’ll need a good level of fitness. Participants must be able to ascend and descend over 1,000 metres while carrying a 12kg pack for more than eight hours.

No previous experience is necessary, our guides are there for full instruction.

We recommend bringing:

  • Any essential medication
  • 3-4 layers of warm clothing
  • Sunglasses and sun protection
  • Drinks, snacks, and lunch for full day trips
  • A camera and a sense of adventure!
  • NO Drones
  • Jeans are not recommended

Temperatures vary depending on the conditions of the day. In summer, they typically range between +5°C and +15°C (41°F – 59°F), while in winter, they can range from -5°C to +10°C (23°F – 50°F).

  • Bring any essential medication.
