In the rare event that a mountain is closed or has poor conditions, we’ll adjust our tour route to visit an alternative mountain whenever possible. If this isn’t feasible, we’ll refund the wholesale rate for your lift pass.

Yes! If you’d like more instruction after your initial two lesson days, we can arrange additional group lessons for you on the day. Prices start at approximately $55 NZD per person.

  • Skiing: Skis, boots, and poles.
  • Snowboarding: Snowboard and boots.

Clothing hire is available at an additional cost and can be added when booking your tour.

We offer high-quality gear from trusted brands:

  • Boots: Nordica.

Your equipment will be fitted to suit your ability and experience and will be yours for the duration of the tour, allowing you to become comfortable and progress more quickly.

Clothing hire includes pants, a jacket, and goggles, all of which you’ll have for the entire week.

Absolutely! We can arrange additional ski trips to:

  • Mt Hutt near Christchurch, with accommodation in Methven.
  • Coronet Peak or The Remarkables, with accommodation in Queenstown.

Snow tours accommodate a maximum of 16 people. During peak season, our tours often fill up completely, so groups are typically close to the maximum size.

Our Tour Managers are required to take regular days off to comply with New Zealand driving laws. They’ll inform you in advance about these days. On these days, our team at Auckland HQ is available for emergencies at 09 520 5593. Additionally, the reception staff at your accommodation will have your tour details and can assist with other queries.

No! One of the benefits of booking with us is that we’ll handle the return of your rental gear, whether your tour starts in Christchurch and ends in Queenstown or vice versa. You can focus on enjoying your trip without worrying about logistics.
