Mt Hutt has beginner-friendly slopes to accommodate new skiers and snowboarders. The base area offers a dedicated beginner's zone accessible via the Magic Carpet and Sun Kid lifts. Additional beginner terrain can be found on the lower mountain, accessed by the Exhibition Quad chairlift. Highlights include the Highway 72 slow zone, Inside Leg with beginner terrain park features, and Hood's Hollow, featuring a tunnel. Beginners can progress at their own pace while enjoying a safe and supportive environment at Mt Hutt.
