Are whale and dolphin sightings guaranteed on the family package’s cruise?

No. The Tīkapa Moana Whales, Dolphins & Islands Cruise searches for animals in their natural habitat. Explore’s viewing guarantee applies if no marine mammals are seen and provides a repeat-cruise voucher under its conditions. A fur seal sighting counts as a marine mammal sighting, so the guarantee does not promise a second cruise simply because whales or dolphins are not seen.
