Can You Still See the Golden Hall at Edoras?

No. The Edoras buildings, including the Golden Hall, were removed after filming. Today, you visit Mount Sunday and the surrounding landscape that appeared on screen.

Independent visitors can follow the public Mount Sunday Track, which DOC lists as 1.5 km each way, taking approximately 30 minutes one way. A guided Edoras tour from Christchurch adds transport, filming stories and replica props to help bring the location to life.
