Pick Up / Opening
- Courtesy pickup from your accommodation in and around Queenstown 8:00am.
Drop Off / Closing
- Courtesy drop off at your accommodation in and around Queenstown 5:00pm for full day and 1:00pm for half day.
- Drop off time may vary depending on the fishing location on the day.
INCLUSIONS
- Pickup and drop-off services for accommodations in and around the Queenstown area
- Provision of safety equipment
- Half-day trips include snacks and refreshments, while full-day trips include snacks, refreshments, and a packed lunch
- Comprehensive safety and fishing training
- Opportunities to keep fish, subject to availability and the specific rivers and lakes chosen; however, we encourage catch and release practices
- River spin fishing and soft baiting are available upon request at the time of booking.
Exclusions
- Fishing license are available online here (please purchase on the day as non refundable) - fishandgame.org.nz/licences/
- Fishing license can also be purchased on the day from your guide.
- Waders/boots/rod and reel are available for hire at time of booking
- Alcohol – feel free to bring your own (Please drink responsibly, no spirits)
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- After booking and more than 30 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee**.
- Within 30 days: No refund
- If rescheduling is necessary within the 30-day cancellation period due to unforeseen events, the fishing experience must be rebooked at the full advertised rate.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel disruptions or cancellations.
