- Weight Requirements: Minimum weight of 35kg and maximum weight of 150kg for solo jumpers; maximum combined weight of 200kg for tandem jumps.
- Safety Gear Fit: All jumpers must fit the provided safety equipment.

- Address: 839 Hanmer Springs Road, just past the turnoff towards Hanmer Springs from State Highway 7, near the Waiau Ferry Bridge.
- Directions: Follow clear signage directing you to the location.
- Parking:
- Ample Parking: Plenty of parking available for cars, campervans, and coaches, ensuring convenient access to our site.
- Free Parking: No charges for parking on-site.
- Complimentary Transport:
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off from most Hanmer Springs accommodation providers available on request.
- Arrival Time:
- Customers must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time to allow for check-in and the safety briefing.
- Late arrivals may not be able to join the activity and could forfeit their booking.
