Auckland – Departure Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Auckland. As the city skyline fades behind you, your guide will share stories and insights to set the scene for the day ahead.
Waikato – Scenic Drive Travel south through the picturesque Waikato region, home to some of the most fertile farmland in the world. Enjoy sweeping views of lush countryside, rivers, and distant mountains, with plenty of chances for scenic photos.
Coromandel Peninsula – Coastal Beauty Entering the Coromandel Peninsula, you'll be treated to a landscape of white-sand beaches, rugged coastline, and native bush. Along the way, we’ll pause for short walks and photo opportunities that capture the wild charm of this stunning region.
Hot Water Beach – Natural Spa Stop Enjoy time at Hot Water Beach, where you can dig your own thermal spa in the sand if the tides allow. The mix of hot mineral water and ocean waves makes for a uniquely Kiwi experience. Bring swimwear and a change of clothes if you’d like to take a dip.
Cathedral Cove – Coastal Walk & Beach Time After a lunch stop (own expense), continue to the world-renowned Cathedral Cove. The scenic track takes 30–45 minutes each way and rewards you with spectacular coastal views and access to one of New Zealand’s most photographed beaches—Mautohe Cathedral Cove, ranked among the world’s top 50 beaches.
