Take a 90-minute Kaikōura Heli-Gin experience combining a scenic helicopter flight over the peninsula and Seaward Kaikōura Range with a private visit to Mt Fyffe Distillery. Meet founder Justine Schroder, taste locally crafted Woolshed and Shearwater gins and learn how native and farm-grown botanicals influence each small batch.

The experience is available year-round for two to five passengers, with flight routes and landing locations determined by weather and pilot discretion.

Guests are invited to taste both Woolshed Gin and Shearwater Gin, each with its own distinctive style. The experience doesn’t end there, as everyone takes home a complimentary 375ml bottle to enjoy later. With thoughtful touches and premium quality, this tasting makes the journey as rewarding as the destination.
