Experience an Alpine Landing Like No Other
A highlight of the Mackenzie & Lakes Alpine Excursion is the chance to touch down amidst this pristine wilderness. Step out onto a snow-dusted ridge or tussock-covered plateau, where the air feels crisp and still. From here, the panoramic views stretch endlessly across the lakes and peaks below.
The alpine landing isn’t just a stop — it’s a moment to pause, breathe, and truly take in the grandeur of New Zealand’s South Island. Capture unforgettable photos and let the silence of the mountains envelop you. It’s an experience that will linger long after your Tekapo adventure ends.
