IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Driver Age: Must be 18 or over, with drivers named for insurance.
- Freedom Hire: Boats are hired without a guide; you're responsible for your safety.
- Experience Required: Knowledge of NZ Maritime Laws is necessary.
- Capacity: Maximum of 8 persons per boat, including children and infants.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Boat hire is dependent on weather conditions and staff discretion.
- Fuel costs are additional and calculated upon return.
- Bring your camera, dress appropriately for the weather, and don't forget I.D. for boat hire forms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Off-Peak:
- Cancellations or changes require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled arrival time.
- Rescheduling is permitted once per booking.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Peak Season (December 20th to January 20th and School Holidays):
- A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes.
- Bookings may be rescheduled once.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of departure will not be refunded or transferred.
