CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • We might need to cancel the trip if something unexpected happens. If that's the case, we'll either set up a different date or give you a full refund if the new date doesn't work for you. Usually, we won't cancel the tour because of bad weather forecasts. We've never had a tour where we didn't spend most of the time taking photos. Even if the weather restricts our shooting, we'll use the time to learn techniques and edit photos. Great shots can happen in any weather, and we'll make sure to find good subjects and locations. It's a good idaea to get travel insurance to cover your trip and camera gear.
  • If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can get a refund within 7 days of receiving your goods. Just contact us during that time if you're not satisfied, and we'll sort it out.
  • Please remember, this refund policy doesn't cover items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, changed, dropped, or broken. It also doesn't apply to photography workshops or tours. Make sure to send back products in their original condition, and you'll need to cover the postage and insurance costs. We suggest using Registered post and paying for postage upfront.
  • You're responsible for any risk of loss, theft, or damage while the goods are in transit, so it's a good idea to get shipment registration or insurance from your postal carrier. We won't be liable for parcels lost or damaged during transit if you decide not to insure them.

*Less any booking or credit card fees if applicable.
