- Minimum Age: 5 years
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before hire or tour.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
Multi-day and overnight Packages
- Cancel 14+ days before for an 80% refund; 20% kept as credit (valid for 6 months).
- Cancel 7-14 days before for an 80% refund; 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days.
- The 20% deposit is always non-refundable.
Weather: Given the nature of our tours/hires being outdoors, we operate in all weather conditions and recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather. We can not be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions while you are on tour/hire with us and as such any refunds are at our discretion and we are under no obligation to do so.
