Glass Bottom Boat Whitianga operates through a coastal area where there are certain risks involved.
These risks are including but not limited to; sea-sickness, exposure to natural elements, encounters with wildlife, boat collision, boat capsize, property damage, personal injury and drowning.
Your Skipper and/or Crew member will take all precautions to minimise and eliminate any dangers. A safety briefing will be completed by the Skipper before the tour begins.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
- Transfer within 24 hours: 25% fee may apply**
- Missed tour: No refund; a 12-month voucher may be offered
- Operator cancellation due to weather or sea conditions: No charge**
