IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Safety Requirements: Observance of a 120 kg weight limit is essential for rider safety and bike performance. Pregnant riders should consult with healthcare professionals. All riders must demonstrate basic cycling proficiency.
• Protective Gear: Helmets are mandatory for all riders and are provided. We also recommend wearing gloves and sturdy footwear for additional safety.
• Health and Age Considerations: Those with pre-existing medical conditions should seek medical advice prior to participating.
• Riding Training and Equipment: A brief, comprehensive safety training session is conducted before the tour, focusing on bike handling, speed control, and braking. Regular checks of the bike's brakes, tires, and battery are advised to ensure a safe ride.
• Security and Emergency Procedures: Secure your e-bike with the provided locks during stops. Familiarise yourself with our emergency procedures to handle any unexpected situations confidently.

AGE INFORMATION

• Minimum Age: 16 years + to ride unsupervised
• Junior trailers and co-pilot tandem attachments available for one child or two infants up to 45kgs.
• Attachments ideal for children over 4 years old to ride with an adult.
