• The tour boasts a beginner-friendly route, showcasing mostly flat terrain with minimal interaction with cars, making the journey from Arrowtown to the Gibbston Valley enjoyable for all.
• Covering a total distance of 22 to 27 km, the tour allows for an immersive and extensive exploration of the Gibbston wine region, with an option to extend the adventure to include even more wineries.
• Scheduled shuttle services provide flexibility for participants, with departure at 10am and returning back in Queenstown by approximately 5pm.
• The inclusion of a slight incline as you enter Gibbston encourages the use of e-bikes, a popular choice for an effortless ascent and an enjoyable ride through the vineyards.

Safety and Usage Guidelines:

• Pregnant participants are encouraged to consult with healthcare providers to ensure their safety and comfort during the tour.
• Basic cycling proficiency is required, ensuring all riders can enjoy a safe and pleasurable experience.
• The use of helmets is mandatory, with additional recommendations for gloves and appropriate footwear to enhance rider safety and comfort.

AGE INFORMATION

• Minimum Age: 16 years + to ride unsupervised
• Junior trailers and co-pilot tandem attachments available for one child or two infants up to 45kgs.
• Attachments ideal for children over 4 years old to ride with an adult.
