What Your Auckland Bridge Bungy Adventure Is Like
Your adventure begins at the Auckland Bridge Bungy check-in point, just minutes from Auckland city centre. After meeting the Bungy Crew and getting prepared, you’ll make your way to the Bungy Pod beneath the bridge before taking the leap from 40 metres above the harbour. Allow around two hours for the complete experience, including check-in and preparation.
The experience includes professional assistance from the Bungy Crew, photos and video delivered directly to your device, and an activity T-shirt to commemorate your jump. Spectators can also accompany participants to the Bungy Pod and watch from the purpose-built viewing area, making it possible to share the excitement even without taking the jump.

- Minimum height: 120cm
- Spectator fee: NZ$20 per person.
- Minimum age: 10 years; participants under 15 require adult consent at check-in
- Weight requirement: 35kg–150kg
- Tandem jumpers must have no more than a 30kg weight difference
- Water touch is possible but not guaranteed and depends on ocean conditions
- Allow approximately 2 hours for the experience
- Wear flat, secure and enclosed footwear and bring extra layers and a jacket during cooler weather
- Participants with certain medical conditions should check the medical requirements before booking.
- Prescription safety glasses are available free of charge if required.

- Open 7 days from 9.00am to 4.30pm
- Around 5–10 minutes by car from central Auckland
- Free parking is available nearby
- Allow extra time for Auckland traffic, especially peak hours

- Regular buses operate from Britomart Transport Centre to stops near Westhaven Marina
- From Westhaven Marina, it’s a short walk to the check-in point
