Group Size Policy
Our buses seat up to 20 passengers. Groups larger than 8 people must notify us in advance — even if booked separately. This is due to space limitations and winery policies, which typically prefer smaller groups at a time to ensure the best guest experience.
Large Group Bookings
Planning a private or large group outing? Let us know in advance so we can help arrange a custom tour to accommodate your needs.
Guest Conduct
We follow a strict code of conduct. Guests may be removed from the tour for intoxication or disrespectful behaviour. Cleaning or damage-related costs will apply where relevant.
Onboard Policy
Drinking alcohol on the bus is not permitted.
Cleaning Fees
A $250 cleaning fee will apply if the bus is soiled. This is non-negotiable.

Be sure to include food and water in your itinerary planning.
Departure Timeliness
Please arrive at your stop at least 5 minutes before the listed departure time to avoid being left behind.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or late arrivals.
Group Spread Recommendation
To avoid overcrowding at wineries, we recommend no more than 3–4 couples exit the bus at any one stop. You're welcome to wait for the next run if needed.
Tasting Fees
Some wineries and breweries charge tasting fees. These are not included in the tour price.

We require lunch reservations at all stops and strongly advise booking tastings if visiting on weekends or in a larger group. Any purchases can be safely stored on the bus while you explore other venues. Tastings and lunch are at your own cost.
