- Commentary: Informative commentary during the one hour and 15 minutes travel time from Rotorua/Taupo to Whirinaki, highlighting the region’s unique features.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 2 people is required to run the tour.
- Secure Storage: You may leave belongings in the locked storage of our vehicle, although this is at your own risk. We recommend having travel insurance.
- What to Bring:
- Sturdy walking shoes or boots
- Small backpack for water and extra clothing
- Layers of clothing (t-shirt, warm jumper, waterproof jacket)
- Binoculars and camera (optional)
- Tour Duration: Total duration of 7 hours, including travel and hiking time.
