Departure
Every hour, on the hour, from 10am to 4pm. Departs from Main Town Pier, Queenstown. Please check in 15 minutes before departure.

- Please inform our staff if you have a physical or medical condition that may affect your enjoyment of the ride.
- If you are pregnant, you cannot ride on the jet boat.
- Please bring a waterproof jacket, or you can buy a poncho for NZ$5 before your jet boat ride.

- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund**.
- Within 24 hours: No refund
